What can you expect from our clinic?

A personalised service – We will make sure you never feel rushed or pressured into treatment. There will be plenty of time not just to have your treatment, but to catch up and really get to know each other at your appointment. We think this is important and what you deserve when trusting us with your treatment.

Highly experienced and trained clinicians – Whoever you see will not only be a caring and lovely (if we may say so ourselves!) but also highly trained and experienced in their field. Being a multi-disciplinary team with different speciality backgrounds means that where beneficial, we can discuss your treatment for the best result. This means you are not just getting the experience from one clinician but all those in the team where needed for your best care.

You can choose your clinician – Although we are all highly experienced and generally offer the same treatments, we understand that you build a relationship of trust with the person who treats you.

Providing continuity of care with the same clinician is important to us and so we think it is important that you can choose to have this where possible.

Exceptional standard of care and safety – No matter which clinician or location you choose you will be in safe hands. We are very lucky to have a team of people who are highly experienced and trained and we work to the same standards in each clinic location. Your safety is our absolute priority at all times.

Multiple clinic locations – We have clinics in London, Prague, Dubai and Dublin. This means that you can see us at a location that is convenient for you. However, please consider that each clinician tends to have a location that they spend most of their time working from.

Terms and Conditions

Appointments – Appointments can be made via email; telephone or via the “Book Online” button. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and upon making the booking, you will be sent an auto confirmation email with some pre-treatment forms attached. You will receive an appointment reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time via email. Please ensure both forms are filled out at this point by the very latest, to give us sufficient time to make any necessary preparations.

Deposits – A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is strictly non-refundable. We are happy to transfer your deposit to a new date and time, should you give us the required notice period (no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment) but a refund is not possible. Your deposit is fully redeemable against the cost of your treatment, skincare items or consultation.

Late arrivals – Please kindly note that if you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment time, a reschedule may be necessary. This is to ensure other patients later on in the day are not impacted.

Occasionally our clinic may run late for reasons out of our control. When this happens, we will be more than delighted to reschedule you if you cannot wait. We will try to keep you fully-informed throughout.

Cancellation or failing to attend your appointment – If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you do not supply us with the required notice, your deposit is lost. If this happens multiple times, we may request a double deposit for your next appointment with us. This deposit will be agreed upon booking and will be strictly non-refundable. If you need to reschedule an appointment where you have paid a deposit, we will be happy to transfer to new date/time, with at least 48 hours notice. This deposit will be fully-redeemable against the cost of your treatment. Failure to attend multiple times in a row, may result in us not being able to offer you anymore appointments. A late cancellation will incur a cancellation fee which will result in a loss of your deposit. If, in the rare case, a clinic has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs. We strongly advise to always purchase travel insurance for this purpose.

Do you have an upcoming major event? – We may decline to treat anyone who has an upcoming major event within 6 weeks of their appointment due to the rare possibility that you have extended down-time with bruising and/or swelling. It is your responsibility to alert us during or prior to the consultation with the clinician of any upcoming major events. On these occasions, you are still welcome to have a consultation and purchase any skincare items to redeem your deposit, otherwise the deposit shall be forfeit.

International clients – If you are travelling from overseas for your appointment; please ensure you request a virtual consultation prior to booking your flight tickets. This is to ensure you are suitable for the treatments you are interested in attending for.

Are you unhappy with your treatment? – If you are not completely satisfied with your treatment, please do not hesitate to contact us and book in for a review. We want you to be as happy as you can be with your treatment and our services. It’s always a pleasure to see you again, no matter the circumstance. We will strive to look after you as best as we can as it is very important to us that you
are happy.
